We Ship Orders as they are processed. Normal processing can take up to 10 business days, but we are normally much faster. If you need your order expedited with 2 Day Air, Or Next Day Air...Please call in your order, Or place your order online and follow up with an urgent E-mail notice or phone call. Additional fees may be charged.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN TO CHECK ON YOUR ORDER FOR AT LEAST 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACE THE ORDER. You can check the status of your order ONLINE 24 / 7, look at the bottom of ANY page in our website
The shipping will vary with the weight of your order, you can always check the shipping on the left hand side of your screen.
Just click the "Basket Contents" box and you can see the shipping for your order as you go along.
NOTE: We use an online link to the USPS and UPS to calculate instant shipping. It is possible that we may not be able to calculate instant shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, (normally this would happen if the UPS or USPS server is down). In the event this does happen, you will be notified when you check out. There will be a message to the effect that shipping could not be calculated due to a server problem. We will just calculate the shipping when we process the order and charge you the additional amount needed for shipping.
