1. Purchases
A purchase can be made two ways. Via Fax(Not recommended)or internet online shopping cart at this website. Orders via the internet normally take 4-5 business days to be processed. This includes processing order confirmations for check or money order payments.

NOTE: By paying with a check, you are accepting our policy on check acceptance. In the unlikely event that your check is returned unpaid, you authorize us to convert your paper check into an electronic check and electronically redeposit the check to your account. You also authorize us to collect(by the same process) a returned check fee of $30.00 as allowable by law.
3. ORDER STATUS: Please check the status of your order via this website. The ONLY information we have is listed here. Simply go to any page on our website and enter in your order number and zip code. Your order number is on your order e-mail receipt. Or you can request a copy of your order number by contacting: Order Number Request. Please tell us your full name and address and date of order in question. ALL orders must be checked online. Our system updates the status of your order instantly as it is being shipped.
4. Preorders
From time to time we will offer exclusive items that will be ordered as a preorder. These items will normally have a scheduled delivery date. This date can and most always does change. So keep this in mind.
**YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY PRE ORDERS UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO SHIP, or shortly before they are due to ship**
If you are ordering items that are on preorder status, we charge a shipping amount for each order as it is shipped.
We do not hold orders for items to arrive. We ship all items in stock and ship preorders as they arrive.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted and allowed but ONLY with the proper documentation. All returns must have a return number prior to your shipment. You must contact us via email for all returns prior to shipment, we will provide you with a number. Send requests to: sales@diecastwarehouse.com. Then you will be able to ship the cars back to us. Returns are only allowed 30 days from the invoice date, and must be received within 10 business days from the date the return number is issued. No exceptions! Any shipment sent to us without proper documentation will be returned to sender.
*Returns are allowed for:
A. Wrong items received, due to our improper order filling.
B. Unsatisfied with the goods ordered. -note these items are returned for an in store credit only, good toward a future purchase.
* No returns on Sealed Cases of Hotwheels, or any sealed cases.
*Damaged goods should be brought to the shipping company first for a claim. Then we can be contacted if needed.
C. No returns on any special orders of anytype for any reason.
D. We charge a non-refundable 15% re-stocking fee for any packages refused once sent.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND FOR ANY CLOSE OUT ITEMS, ALL CLOSE OUT SALES FINAL.

7. Back Orders-
We reserve the right to place any items not in stock at the time of ordering on back order. We frequently have items sell out very fast. We do our best to fill all orders with all cars in stock at the time of order processing. You will be charged for back orders when the items are back in stock.
8. Order Cancellations
We understand that you may wish to cancel an order. In order to take care of both of our needs you must cancel your order via email, IMMEDIATELY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Orders may ONLY be canceled if the order has not been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been processed your order is subject to a refund.(see above for Return rules)
9. Special Orders
We will place special orders for items we do not have in stock. We charge a deposit of 1/2 the entire order at the time of the special order. This deposit will be applied to the total due. The second 1/2 of the order will be charged before the items can leave our warehouse. The 1/2 deposit is NOT refundable for ANY reason, it can only be applied to this special order. No exceptions.
